I just got back from Carnaval in Brazil, I took the Portare' bag with me (despite advice to the contrary) and it was the PERFECT companion. It was the perfect decoy and all my gear came back safely with me. Not only that, but the padding kept my stuff safe, and unscratched in the parades there. I was able to carry a change of clothes, shoes, essentials, water, AND all my camera gear with a kit and a wide angle lens. I used it all day, and can vouch for the back comfort. It also kept my back dry in the heat in Rio. It's also awesome that I was able to get it in a color other than black.
