I ordered this Pinnacle Photo Album from Amazon.com on Thursday, June 9. I thought it to be a little pricey at $24.99, but I already have a couple of Pinnacle albums and they are of excellent quality. So, I bought this one. It arrived on Tuesday, June 14 in damaged condition, the victim of bad handling in shipping. The container was smashed on one end and the filament shipping tape torn apart.I notified Amazon.com immediately. They immediately authorized a replacement. The only requirement was that I return the damaged album. Fair enough.
It was still Tuesday, June 14 when Amazon.com e-mailed me that a replacement was being sent and that it should arrive on Wednesday, June 15, 2011.
And so it did!!
This time, the container was in perfect condition and so was the album. I am absolutely astounded at the service Amazon.com gave me.
Amazon.com is the best.
